We are now collaborating with Stevanato Group as our exclusive manufacturing partner for our new disposable auto-injector Aidaptus^®. Our combined experience and expertise in device design, development and production plus Stevanato Group’s range of market leading primary containers and final assembly equipment provides our customers with flexibility and confidence for their combination product development: a true integrated end-to-end solution for combination product development and supply is available to customers who require this.

Flexibility

We’ve designed Aidaptus® to reduce risk during drug development and lifecycle management by providing flexibility to accommodate different fill volumes and viscosities for changes in formulation. For patients, Aidaptus® offers a simple two-step intuitive design with a consistent administration experience via its independent two-phase needle insertion and dose delivery.

Reducing Risk

Now working alongside us, Stevanato Group can provide risk reduction in device production by moulding high-quality components for Aidaptus^® and offering scalable manufacturing and industrialisation to complement Owen Mumford’s capabilities in this area. Stevanato Group are also an established supplier of high-quality and flexible automated production lines for final assembly of combination products, and this expertise can also be deployed to ensure reliable supply chains. In addition, their range of primary containers including Nexa^® and Alba^® are compatible with Aidaptus^® and hence can help reduce complexity in the supply chain.
